Distrubution agent fails with “Could not find stored procedure XXXXX_msrepl_ccs”

Sateesh Yele  Microsoft SQL Server Escalation Services. Issue:The distribution agent is failing when applying the snapshot so it will retry applying the snapshot again and again.
